We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Direct Support Professional to support an 18-year-old individual in the Canastota area. This role focuses on enhancing social skills and communication skills.

This individual has a passion for Hot Wheels and loves playing outdoors, cherishing moments with his family. He enjoys singing, taking walks, and has a deep appreciation for animals. His interest also includes policemen, cars, fire trucks, and anything featuring red sirens. When at home, he particularly enjoys watching the show Cops.

Hours and days of work: 10 hours/week. He has a flexible schedule starting from 11am to accommodate his routine.

Starting pay is $19.25/hour and increases with years of relevant experience.

Qualifications
Must have a valid drivers license
Effective communication and organizational skills required.
Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
