Job DetailsJob Location: Liverpool - Syracuse, NY 13088Position Type: Per DiemEducation Level: NoneSalary Range: $23.00 - $23.00 HourlyIndera has an immediate opening every other weekend for a Direct Support Professional(s) to work in the Liverpool area with a gentleman who requires assistance due to a physical disability. The individual is looking for dedicated staff to provide him with support and assist him with maintaining his independence both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with various interests, light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, and general independence.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus. Reliable transportation and a valid New York State driver's license are required. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire.

Work hours are every other Saturday and Sunday 5:00 pm-9:30 pm $23.00 per hour. Opportunities for occasional back up and holiday coverage as needed. Flexibility to fill-in for other staff a plus. Indera is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Qualifications
Must have a valid drivers license
Effective communication and organizational skills required.
Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
