This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines commercial acumen with strategic thinking, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a genuine passion for media, storytelling and client partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Support commercial opportunities by identifying proactive revenue opportunities, analysing market trends and competitor activity, and developing content-led solutions that connect client objectives with our brands.
  • Coordinate go-to-market planning for key brand tentpoles, creating compelling sales collateral, media kits, commercial frameworks and opportunity presentations that support both proactive sales and client briefs.
  • Champion strategy by leveraging audience insights, performance data and category trends to shape sales narratives, inform decision-making and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate across the business, acting as the key liaison between Content, Sales, Research, Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support portfolio performance through commercial forecasting, pipeline management and budget tracking, ensuring strong operational discipline and informed business planning.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in a commercial strategy, partnerships, content strategy or sales enablement role within media, publishing or a content-led organisation.
  • Strong understanding of how content, audience insights and market trends can be translated into commercial opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially minded with experience supporting forecasting, budgeting or business planning, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and bring ideas to life through compelling storytelling.
