Job Summary
The Camp Counselor for the Kids Club at The Woodlands Country Club will supervise children, lead engaging activities, and ensure a safe, positive, and fun environment. This role requires enthusiasm, responsibility, and a passion for working with children.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in daily activities and programs.
- Plan, organize, and lead games, arts and crafts, sports, and other recreational activities.
- Always ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the Kids Club.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management.
- Serve as a positive role model, promoting teamwork, respect, and good sportsmanship.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- CPR and First Aid Certification required.
- Previous childcare experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude.
