Chief of Staff
About this role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff with 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations to serve as the CEO's right hand in launching an electric motorcycle product across Latin America. You'll be the first operations hire at a well-funded (~$200M+ backing) early-stage EV company, building operational functions from zero while partnering directly with leadership to bring a purpose-built electric motorcycle to market in Mexico.
What will you be doing?
Owning manufacturing logistics and supply chain operations, including managing the movement of products from China to Mexico
Collaborating with the in-country Mexico team on go-to-market execution and local operations
Acting as connective tissue between sister companies, the holding company, and the Mexico subsidiary to drive alignment on shared initiatives
Identifying operational gaps, filling them hands-on, and building out the processes and teams needed to scale
Standing up core operational functions (inventory, after-sales, import/logistics, local assembly) for a multinational vehicle OEM
Key Requirements
2+ years in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or BizOps — high-performance signal is critical
Demonstrated experience with physical-world operations (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, hardware) — pure software/SaaS backgrounds are not a fit
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across companies and geographies
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to dive into a zero-to-one startup environment across varied problem sets
Must work on-site in Alameda, CA; US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship)
