Essential Functions
- Provide grade-appropriate instructional programs for early childhood students that align with the school's philosophy, goals, and objectives.
- Develop lesson plans with clear objectives that are aligned with Archdiocesan standards.
- Observe and assess student progress, maintain detailed records of student behavior and development, and share progress with parents.
- Communicate with parents in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
- Support the mission of the school and the Catholic Church through instructional practices and daily interactions.
Position Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.

Successful completion of 6 semester hours, 90 clock hours, or the equivalent of approved pre-service training, or possession of a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in a child care center or school setting.

Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and work effectively as a team player.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00, Hourly
