Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of machines, metal, and making cool stuff? We’re on the hunt for a sharp, reliable, and motivated individual to join our machine shop team.

No experience? No problem. If you’ve got a good eye for detail, basic math and computer skills, and a drive to learn, we’ll train you up. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and start building a real career in manufacturing and machining.

  • Using basic computer systems to track parts, input production data, and complete forms

  • Assisting with material handling, including operating a forklift (training provided if needed)

  • Occasionally driving a company delivery van to transport parts or materials locally

  • Keeping the shop clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine

  • Starting your training toward becoming a machine operator and learning the tech that powers modern machining

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong eye for detail – you notice the little things

  • Basic math skills – yes, counting and measurements matter here

  • Basic computer literacy – comfortable typing, tracking parts, and using simple software

  • A self-motivated mindset – you take initiative and like getting things done

  • Willingness to learn – we love curious minds

  • A genuine interest in growing a career in a machine shop environment

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift

  • Valid driver’s license (for occasional local deliveries)

  • Must be 18 years old (it’s a real-deal manufacturing shop)

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment

  • A laid-back but hardworking team

  • Opportunities to grow into higher-skilled roles (machine operator and beyond)

  • Learn new technical and practical skills every day – this is the start of something big
