Project Controls Manager

Role accountabilities:
- Leading client-facing project controls delivery on major infrastructure and transportation programmes.
- Providing integrated programme controls solutions across planning, risk, cost and performance management.
- Championing digital project controls and data-driven decision making.
- Collaborating with experts across Project Management, Cost & Commercial, Design & Engineering, Advisory and Digital Intelligence.
- Contributing to the growth and development of Arcadis' global Project & Programme Controls community.
Qualifications & Experience:
We're looking for a passionate and collaborative Project Controls professional who can bring expertise, insight and innovation to complex programmes. You'll ideally have:
- Experience in Project Controls roles across Rail Infrastructure, Transportation and/or Buildings projects.
- A strong understanding of planning & scheduling, risk management, cost engineering, scope management and digital controls solutions.
- Experience supporting projects through multiple lifecycle stages, from mobilisation and set-up through to delivery, handover and benefits realisation.
- The ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and design teams in collaborative environments.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications such as APM Planning & Controls, Oracle Primavera P6, MSP and/or Risk Management qualifications.
- A growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning, innovation and delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.
