What you will add to our Crew:
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Proven experience building RAG systems end-to-end
- Deep knowledge of LangChain and agent architectures
- Expertise in MongoDB vector search
- Comfort working with multiple LLM APIs
Bonus Points:
- Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or chunking strategies
- Debugging production AI systems and familiarity with evals techniques
- Background in hospitality or enterprise knowledge management

As an Senior AI Engineer, you’ll build the intelligence layer that powers our operations—from property management to guest services. We’re developing cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that transform scattered data into instant, actionable insights, enabling our teams to deliver world-class guest experiences.
You will have an impact on:- Designing high-performance RAG pipelines using MongoDB Vector DB for lightning-fast semantic search
- Building LangChain-based agent workflows for complex reasoning tasks
- Integrating multiple LLM providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini)
- Writing clean, scalable TypeScript code to support rapid growth
- Monitoring & optimizing with LangSmith and other LLMOps tools
- Collaborating with a small, agile team to push the boundaries of AI in hospitality
