Description du poste
Vous conseillez la Direction Opérationnelle sur les aspects Legal and taxess en droit des sociétés et immobilier : rédaction d'actes, veille réglementaire, gestion des assemblées et suivi des opérations de restructuration.
Qualifications
Master 2 en droit des sociétés ou droit immobilier. Expérience confirmée (5+ ans) en cabinet ou Direction Opérationnelle Legal and taxes. Rigueur et capacité de synthèse.
