Description du poste
Vous réalisez les inspections techniques des immeubles en Manager et en gérance : état des parties communes, suivi des travaux, contrôle de conformité et préconisations techniques.
Qualifications
Formation technique (BTS Bâtiment, DUT Génie Civil ou équivalent). Expérience en inspection ou maintenance immobilière. Permis B requis.

CDI basé à Montpellier. Télétravail hybride. Véhicule de fonction, mutuelle, tickets restaurant.
