Manufacturing Specialist - Robotic Programming

Roles and Responsibilities
Programming & Operation Control of Welding Robotic Stations across plant.
- There will be multiple stations which need to operate all the shifts, readiness with offline programs before time to ensure smooth execution of all stations.
- Train all welding operators on robotic application. Constant connect with them for safety, quality, delivery on time within time & cost for all robotic tasks.
- Find out newer potential area for robotic application & automation in current operations & processes.
Put up for newer technologies for advancement with improvement towards SQDC parameters.
Qualification & Experience :
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy.
- 5-10 years of experience in Fabrication & Welding shop with min. 2-3 years in robotic operations.
Desired Characteristics :
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
- Ability to work with blue color & cross functional teams & train & qualify the personals.
- Lead & drive tasks & projects related to automation & robotics.
- Basic financial analysis of ROI & NPV for new proposals preparation for automations.

- EHS and Lean On Time Delivery COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) control New product qualification
- Root cause analysis & Risk assessment Machining strategy improvement and cycle time reduction
