Ingénieur Lead Design Stator
About this role
The Stator Lead Design Engineer will design generators, realize manufacturing and contractual documentation. He/She participates to improvement actions and manage the sub-contracted studies. He/She supports the other teams (Methods, Manufacturing, Sourcing) for all topics related to design and technical topics.
Responsibilités
- Réaliser le design general et gérer les équipes design pour les alternateurs nucléaires.
- Assurer la livraison des listes de pièces Engineering et de la documentation dans les temps, aux coûts convenus, avec le périmètre défini, le bon niveau de qualité, et la satisfaction client.
- Supporter les projets d’améliorations avec nos principaux fournisseurs.
- Assurer les retours d’expériences de nos projets.
- Participer aux activités R&D avec les nouveaux développements ou les améliorations produits.
- Appliquer les process Engineering et utiliser les outils mis à disposition par le business.
- Participer aux réunions techniques avec les clients internes, fournisseurs afin d’assurer que les produits seront conformes à nos requis techniques.
- Résoudre les problèmes et demandes techniques du site et de l’usine
- Supporter les actions d’améliorations continues pour réduire les coûts produit, pour augmenter la qualité produit et la fiabilité.
- Suivre le process de validation pour tous les livrables
- Participer aux réunions techniques avec les clients internes/externes pendant la durée du projet.
- Gérer les activités de sous-traitance.
- Assurer le retour d’expériences des NCR (outils Lesson Learned).
- Promouvoir le travail d’équipe et le partage d’expérience.
- Assurer la conformité aux requis de la « nuclear safety », des procédures qualité et de l’intégrité Engineering.
Responsibilities
- To realize general design engineering and manage assembly design engineers for nuclear generators.
- To ensure the delivery of the engineering part lists and documentations on time, at agreed costs, with agreed scope and in the right quality, at customer satisfaction.
- To support improvement projects with our main suppliers.
- To ensure experience feedback from our customer projects.
- To participate to NPI activities to ensure new developments, product improvements.
- To apply harmonized engineering processes and tools within the generators activity and with other disciples.
- To participate in technical meetings with internal customers, suppliers to ensure products and systems comply with technical design and specifications
- To support resolution of significant site or factory problems and queries.
- To support continuous improvement actions to reduce product costs, improve product quality and reliability.
- To follow the validation process for all deliverables in accordance with quality, time and cost
- To ensure technical representation with internal/external customers during contract activity.
- To manage the sub-contracted design tasks.
- To ensure NCR feedback experience (Lesson Learned)
- Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing in the team.
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety requirements, quality procedures and engineering integrity.
