Job Summary- The Front Counter Technician is responsible for created and duplicating keys, programming car fobs and keys, repairing and opening locks, and selling knives, safes, and applicable accessories. Provides outstanding customer service to both retail and professional customers, supports management with tasks such as maintaining showroom appearance, and assists with inventory control.

Duties and Responsibilities-
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of our showroom while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Creates and duplicates keys, programs car fobs, and re-keying lock cylinders.
  • Sell and service a variety of safes, knives, and accessories.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and assist in inventory management.
