Molding Technician
About this role
职位概述
在保证安全和质量的前提下，认真生产，及时完成生产任务，需熟练操作各类机器。负责注塑和检测设备的换型、调机、日常工艺调整和简单故障处理。对设备维修，调试和改善提出建议。
工作职责
- 严格遵守公司EHS相关政策和规定，确保安全生产；
- 完成指派工作，正确填写相关记录报表，作好交接班工作；
- 生产过程中注意产品质量，做好产品自检，必要时进行工艺调整；
- 及时排除订单开机及对生产过程中出现的问题, 保证生产顺利进行；
- 注塑机和检测线的简单故障处理；
- 检测线换型调整
- 根据设备科要求做好日、周、月保养工作；
- 工作区域良好5S状态，保持车间整洁有序，遵守生产纪律；
- 上级交代的其他工作。
任职资格
- 教育水平：高中或中专及以上，能够熟练的使用办公软件；
- 专业要求：模具及塑料专业优先；
- 技能要求：具有较强的注塑成型工艺知识，熟悉欧洲注塑机优先，熟悉双色及三色注塑机优先；熟悉MES系统优先；
- 工作经验：注塑行业3年以上工作经验；
- 个人素质：工作积极主动、责任心强，较强的动手能力，愿意学习，具有团队精神，能适应加班和倒班
