About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Manager Operations to drive operational excellence across our devotional services and on-ground execution. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless planning, coordination, execution, and pre-event management of pujas and other religious programs. The ideal candidate is highly organised, execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of the activity calendars for all temples and pandits, ensuring timely scheduling and seamless delivery.

  • Coordinate with pandits, vendors, and ground teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of pujas and devotional programs.

  • Drive central operations by tracking execution, resolving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to standard processes.

  • Oversee post-puja activities, including documentation, reporting, financial closure, and continuous process improvements.

  • Support operational excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

  • Own and implement initiatives to improve overall experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.

  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, program management, event operations, logistics, or service delivery.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating field operations is preferred.

  • Experience working in fast-paced B2C, service-based startups is a plus
