Responsabilidades:
- Suporte e acompanhamento de portais de clientes;
- Atendimento a clientes não estratégicos e leads, realizando primeiro contato e atividades de back office;
- Apoio administrativo à área de vendas, incluindo organização de agenda, acompanhamento de atividades e participação em reuniões;
- Elaboração de atas e registros de reuniões internas;
- Organização de arquivos, documentos e rotinas do departamento;
- Apoio à área de Marketing, incluindo elaboração e atualização de apresentações;
- Suporte geral às demandas administrativas da área.
Qualificações
Formação:
Cursando Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Comércio Exterior, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
Perfil:
- Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
- Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;
- Proatividade e perfil colaborativo, com foco em suporte à equipe;
- Postura profissional no contato com clientes;
- Facilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas e prioridades simultaneamente.
Conhecimentos técnicos:
- Inglês avançado (obrigatório);
- Pacote Office avançado (Excel, PowerPoint e Word);
- Facilidade para aprender e utilizar portais e sistemas de clientes;
- Noções de leitura e interpretação de documentos técnicos/engenharia serão consideradas um diferencial;
- Conhecimento em Salesforce (diferencial).

Engineering services: Comprehensive design, engineering, and validation capabilities for complete vehicle development projects: CAD, CAE and testing of all major vehicle functionalities.
Proving grounds: The most comprehensive proving grounds in Europe and Asia, located in Spain and China. Both test tracks offer excellent customer support and facilities that provide the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.
Homologation services in accordance with all European EC and ECE Regulations. We are also accredited for Australia, Europe, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia and give consultancy to other countries and regions such as South America (including Brazil), China, Middle East, Gulf Countries, ASEAN, USA and Canada, among others.
