Software Development Engineer: Screen Sharing Experiences

Our lean, high-impact team is looking for a collaborative and technically skilled Software Development Engineer to help drive innovation and improvements across our screen sharing experiences, including iPhone Mirroring, Screen Sharing, Sidecar, and more. In this role, you will apply deep technical knowledge, propose new ideas, and contribute to improving and making accessible apps and features critical to customers viewing and remote controlling Apple devices all over the world while continuing to grow your craft.

Description

As a Software Development Engineer, you will contribute to delivering high-quality features which surprise and delight our users as well as shaping our technical infrastructure and processes. Bringing a thorough understanding of relevant technical concepts, you will exercise independence in solving problems, seek and integrate feedback effectively, and collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners. This role is well suited for an engineer who is ready to take on growing ownership, propose process improvements, and deliver high-quality work with broad impact at both the team level and across the entire software engineering organization.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of software development experience with demonstrated proficiency in Swift or Objective-C Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams, prioritize work, and integrate feedback constructively Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
