Apple is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive administrative assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the contract administration team within Apple TV. This role will support a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and consistently deliver high-quality work with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and solutions-oriented team member who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. The administrative assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the contract administration team, with a focus on managing payment-related processes, contractual documentation, project tracking, and key business milestones.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business affairs at an agency, business affairs or legal affairs at a major studio, network, or streaming service, or at an entertainment law firm. Contract administration or business affairs administration experience preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with contractual information, financial documentation, and confidential materials. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external partners at all levels. Excellent reading comprehension and analytical skills, with the ability to review, interpret, and summarize contractual terms and business information. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Technologically proficient, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new systems, software, and workflow tools. Highly collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships and contributes positively to a team-oriented environment. Self-motivated and resourceful, with the curiosity and initiative to identify opportunities, take on additional responsibilities, and improve existing processes. Ability to remain organized, adaptable, and composed while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high volumes of work.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
