As a Talent Acquisition partner, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving high-quality hiring processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, from sourcing to offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Proactively source and attract top technical talent through various channels
• Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring performance

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Proven experience recruiting for R&D / technical roles / global roles from startup companies
• Experience conducting HR interviews and extending offers to candidates 
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
