Senior Product Manager, Payments Platform

Tel Aviv-Yafo · On-site

About this role

Appcharge is the direct-to-consumer platform for mobile games.

We help game studios sell digital goods directly to their players - skipping the 30% store commissions from Apple and Google. That means more revenue for studios, and a closer connection to the players who love their games.

Appcharge powers web stores and in-app payments for over a third of the world’s top-grossing mobile titles. Backed by $89M from leading investors and publishers like Supercell and Playrix, we’ve grown 14x in the past year and now process over half a billion dollars annually.

We’re growing fast, building with intention, and helping the biggest names in gaming take back control of their business.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will enhance Appcharg’s payment platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Design, and Customer Success to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle. You’ll advocate for user needs, champion data-driven decision-making, and help ensure that our product aligns with both customer expectations and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure product success, guiding ongoing improvements.
  • Maintain expert-level insight into payment regulations (PSD2/SCA), network protocols (3DS, tokenization), and authorization flows, applying these insights to craft clear, comprehensive product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, ensuring alignment and transparency across teams
  • Support production issue analysis and resolution, partnering with QA and engineering to ensure timely fixes and clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on fintech or payment orchestration
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and industry regulations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
