This position is located onsite downtown OKC, OK but will travel between our other locations in North OKC and Edmond.
Hours: Standard daily working hours but must have schedule flexibility to respond to facilities upon emergency (ex: water pipe burst, power outages, etc.) or to oversee project buildout in the event of extended or non-operational working hours to meet deadlines, as needed.
Bullion International Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Oklahoma City facilities. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on structure, brings strong project management discipline, and can seamlessly manage both routine facility needs and complex, multi-phase building projects.
The day in the life of a Facility Manager...
Facility Operations & Maintenance
Manage and coordinate all day-to-day maintenance activities across BIG Oklahoma City facilities
Oversee janitorial services and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met
Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns before they escalate
Maintain accurate records of all equipment, maintenance schedules, warranties, and vendor contracts
Respond to and prioritize internal maintenance requests through our project management system, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders
Contractor & Vendor Management
Source, vet, and manage relationships with third-party contractors including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and janitorial vendors
Solicit competitive bids, negotiate contracts, and hold vendors accountable to scope, schedule, and quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractor activity on-site, coordinating access, oversight, and sign-off
Build and maintain a reliable network of trusted contractors to support fast-turnaround and emergency needs
Building Projects & Build-Outs
Lead facility improvement and build-out projects from initial planning through final punch list and closeout
Collaborate with architects, designers, general contractors, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, budgets, and timelines
Track project milestones, manage change orders, and proactively communicate status updates to leadership
Ensure all construction, renovation work and repairs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and BIG standards
Coordinate space planning and move management in support of organizational growth and team restructuring
Internal Collaboration & Communication
Partner with internal teams to log, triage, and resolve maintenance and facility requests using structured project management tools
Maintain a transparent and up-to-date view of all open facility work items, priorities, and timelines for leadership
Develop and enforce facility policies and procedures to ensure consistent, professional operations
Serve as a resource and advocate for employee-reported facility concerns, closing the loop on every request

QualificationsEducation Requirements
High School Diploma
Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in facilities management, or property operations required
Demonstrated experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements
Experience overseeing building projects or improvements, including work with architects and general contractors
Possess the ability to forecast and pre-plan projects’ execution for least operational interference or impact
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to work effectively with internal teams, contractors, and executives
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies; experience using platforms such as Jira, Asana, or similar
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems) and OSHA regulations for compliance
Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and specifications
Schedule flexibility to respond to facilities upon emergency (ex: water pipe burst, power outage, etc..) or to oversee project buildout in the event of extended or non-operational working hours to meet deadlines, as needed required
Preferred Requirements
Experience with Jira specifically for tracking maintenance requests and facility projects
Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), or equivalent certification
Experience in a high-growth or multi-site environment
Familiarity with local Oklahoma City building codes and permitting processes
Background in precious metals, financial services, or secure/high-value facility environments
