About this role
IT Business Analysis
- Interface with internal IT teams and business team to understand opportunities
for improvement and business growth
- Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service
- Perform Scope Analysis and Business Impact analysis for any new
requirements
- Prepare Business and User process mapping and flow charts
Application Support
- Assist to troubleshoot user created reports in the enterprise reporting tool
- Provide user coaching and training
Technical Development
- Create or update SQL, data flows using ETL tools, reports
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and propose solutions
- Design data tables and work with other IT teams to deliver solutions
