Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Female Waitress to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming dining experience, and working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The opportunity is open to Filipino female candidates only who hold a valid and transferable Saudi Iqama.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations.

• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner.

• Prepare and set up dining areas before service.

• Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system, when required.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Filipino nationality is mandatory

• Valid and transferable Iqama (Required)

• Well-groomed and professional appearance

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Previous experience as a waitress or in the hospitality industry is preferred

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)

• Rest Day: 1 day per week
