Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and drinks while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

• Set up and clear tables before and after service.

• Address customer requests and resolve concerns professionally.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.

• Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia.

• Valid and transferable Iqama is required.

• Must be available to join immediately.

• Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic English is required; basic Arabic is an advantage.

• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts.
