Job Title: Filipino Head Barista / Café Supervisor
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Hiring Type: Local Hiring Only (Candidates must currently be based in Dammam, Khobar, or Jubail and available for an in-person skills test in Jubail)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Filipino Head Barista / Café Supervisor to lead daily café operations, maintain exceptional coffee quality, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has strong specialty coffee knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing café teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily café operations.

• Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate barista and service teams.

• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of coffee and beverages.

• Perform espresso calibration, quality control, and recipe standardization.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and operational standards.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

• Prepare staff schedules and manage shift operations.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

• Ensure proper maintenance of coffee equipment and coordinate repairs when needed.

• Generate operational reports and communicate with management regarding café performance.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista and at least 1 year in a supervisory or Head Barista role.

• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brewing methods.

• Leadership and team management experience.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of inventory control and café operations.

• Must currently reside in Dammam, Khobar, or Jubail.

• Must be available for an actual barista skills test and interview in Jubail.

• Transferable Iqama preferred (if applicable).
