Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Female Hair Stylist to join our professional salon team in Najran, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will specialize in hair cutting, styling, and hair coloring, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and professionalism.

This opportunity is open to Filipino female candidates only who hold a valid and transferable Saudi Iqama.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide professional hair cutting, trimming, and styling services for clients.

-Perform a wide range of hair coloring services, including full color, highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, bleaching, and color correction.

-Recommend suitable hairstyles, colors, and treatments based on clients' preferences and hair condition.

-Consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized services.

-Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality and consistency in every service.

-Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.

-Follow salon hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.

-Stay updated with the latest hair trends, coloring techniques, and styling methods.

-Assist in promoting salon services and hair care products when appropriate.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Female candidates only.

-Filipino nationality is mandatory.

-Valid and transferable Saudi Iqama.

-Proven experience as a professional Hair Stylist in a salon environment.

-Strong expertise in:

• Hair cutting.

• Hair coloring.

• Hair styling.

• Blow-drying and finishing techniques.

• Hair treatments.

-Good understanding of different hair types, textures, and coloring techniques.

-Excellent customer service and communication skills.

-Professional appearance and positive attitude.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Immediate joiners are preferred.

Working Schedule

-Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break).

-Weekly Off: 1 day per week.
