Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Filipino Executive Chef with strong expertise in steak preparation and cooking techniques. The ideal candidate must demonstrate mastery in steak doneness levels (rare, medium rare, medium, well done) and have proven experience in kitchen leadership and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality steaks to precise doneness levels:

  • Rare

  • Medium Rare

  • Medium

  • Medium Well

  • Well Done

• Select, cut, and handle different types of meat professionally

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff effectively

• Manage daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and inventory

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times

• Train junior chefs and kitchen staff

• Collaborate on menu development, especially steak and grill items

Requirements

• Filipino nationality preferred

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef specializing in steaks/grill

• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, seasoning, and cooking methods (grilling, pan-searing, broiling)

• Ability to manage and lead a full kitchen team

• Experience working in high-volume or fine dining restaurants is a plus

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Willing to relocate or work in Al Jubail
