Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Female Barista to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has experience preparing high-quality specialty coffee, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and beverage quality.

The opportunity is open to Filipino female candidates only who hold a valid and transferable Saudi Iqama

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to company standards.

-Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee grinders.

-Prepare manual brewed coffee using V60 and other brewing methods when required.

-Ensure proper coffee extraction, milk steaming, and latte art techniques.

-Recommend beverages and menu items while providing excellent customer service.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area.

-Monitor coffee bean quality, ingredients, and supplies.

-Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

-Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns courteously.

-Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Female candidates only

-Filipino nationality is mandatory

-Valid and transferable Iqama (Required)

-Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop

-Skilled in operating espresso machines and manual brewing methods (V60)

-Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk steaming, and latte art

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude

Work Schedule

-Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)

-Rest Day: 1 day per week
