Job Summary:

We are looking for a Chocolaterie / Sweet Assistant Chef to join our team in Mecca. The ideal candidate is passionate about chocolates and desserts, has a creative eye for product presentation, and can keep chocolate displays attractive and organized for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assist in the production of chocolates and sweet treats.

  • Organize and arrange chocolate displays to create an attractive shopping experience.

  • Ensure shelves are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.

  • Create and suggest display designs that match the store's theme and seasonal promotions.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and product quality.

  • Assist with inventory and stock replenishment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Maximum age: 26 years old

  • Experience in a chocolaterie, pastry shop, bakery, or dessert kitchen is preferred.

  • Creative with strong visual merchandising and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of chocolate handling and dessert preparation is an advantage.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
