Job Title: Barista (Local Hiring)

Location: Tabuk, Najran, and Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia

Hiring Preference: Local hiring only. Applicants currently residing in Saudi Arabia. Preferred nationalities: Filipino, Indian, Nepali, and Bangladeshi.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations.

• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.

• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (Local Transfer only).

• Preferred nationalities: Filipino, Indian, Nepali, and Bangladeshi.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.

• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

• Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid transferable Iqama.
