Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our café team in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness standards, and providing excellent customer service. Typical barista duties include preparing espresso-based drinks, operating coffee machines, handling customer orders, maintaining stock, and ensuring a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Nepalese nationality preferred

• 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or coffee shop

• Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and coffee brewing methods

• Ability to prepare hot and cold beverages according to recipes and quality standards

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Basic English communication; Arabic is an advantage

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Team-oriented, punctual, and professional

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages

• Take customer orders and process payments

• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, counters, and workstations

• Restock ingredients, cups, syrups, and other supplies

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Assist with opening and closing duties

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic inquiries professionally
