Barista - Commercial / Specialty Coffee

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and customer-oriented Barista to craft exceptional coffee beverages and deliver warm, welcoming service to our patrons. In this role, you will operate espresso equipment, master coffee extraction and milk texturing, and maintain a clean, efficient, and inviting cafe environment.

Note: Applicants must currently reside within Saudi Arabia, possess valid residency status with no Huroob (absenteeism report), and be fully willing to relocate to different cities across the Kingdom as per business requirements. Applications are exclusively open to candidates of Indian, Filipino, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, and Nepalese nationalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and specialty beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brews, etc.) adhering to strict quality and recipe standards.

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, make menu recommendations, and handle payments with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.

• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and clean espresso machines, grinders, and brewers daily to ensure optimal performance and consistent taste.

• Station Setup & Maintenance: Keep the bar, service counter, and seating areas impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked with cups, lids, syrups, beans, and milks.

• Quality & Inventory Control: Monitor bean freshness, track inventory levels of cafe supplies, and report stock needs to management promptly.

• Adherence to Standards: Follow all local food safety, health, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience working as a Barista in a busy cafe, coffee shop, or specialty beverage establishment.

• Geographic & Legal Requirement: Must currently be located inside Saudi Arabia with valid residency status (Iqama) and absolutely NO Huroob status (must be eligible for transfer).

• Mobility: Must be fully willing to be relocated to different cities within Saudi Arabia based on company operational needs.

• Nationality Restriction: Open only to Indian, Filipino, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, and Nepalese nationals.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coffee extraction, milk steaming/texturing, and latte art capabilities are a strong plus.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a customer-first attitude.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift standard inventory loads (e.g., coffee bean bags).
