Overview

Arco Home Services is looking for experienced Residential HVAC Install Technicians who are confident, sharp with customers, and take pride in quality work.  Location: Bedford Heights, Ohio (Serving the Greater Cleveland Area)  Take-Home Perks:

• Pay: $30-36/hr + install spiffs on all installs!!

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Install HVAC Systems: Set up advanced heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings, ensuring top performance and energy efficiency.
• Project Execution: Collaborate with team members to plan and complete installations that meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
• System Integration: Customize and connect ductwork, piping, and electrical components, ensuring safe and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Customer Service: Provide clear guidance to clients on system operation and maintenance, addressing questions and ensuring a positive experience.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 2-3+ years of residential HVAC Install experience
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards for HVAC installations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in HVAC work.
• Exceptional communication abilities, paired with a proactive customer-first mindset, are vital for success in this role.
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
