YOUR JOB
You are the figurehead of a&o: our Front Desk is your territory
You are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests behind the reception or in the lobby as Guest Relation Officer
To make our guests feel comfortable at a&o, you take care of their needs and provide tourist information
You take care of our guests and their concerns
As shift leader, you take responsibility for ensuring that the shift runs smoothly
At the bar you serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, and prepare snacks and cocktails
YOUR PROFILE
You have experience or a completed training in the hotel industry or tourism
Of course, you are driven by a great sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
You enjoy dealing with guests - and you show it, regardless of the time of day or night
You are characterised by an independent way of working and the ability to work in a team.
A high degree of commitment and independence are a matter of course for you.
Even in shifts that start at 6 a.m., it is easy for you to remain friendly, highly motivated and service-oriented.
You have a good command of German and English - of course, we would be happy to hear any other language you speak
