What You'll Do

• Support club leadership: help supervise and train staff and keep operations running smoothly.
• Coach and connect with members: build genuine rapport, keep them motivated, and show them how to get the most out of our equipment, apps, and fitness tools.
• Handle daily operations: facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Deliver a great member experience: answer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support growth: promote memberships, training packages, and events, and help hit sales and retention goals.
• Keep it safe: follow health and safety protocols and keep the club clean throughout each shift.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or a related field (supervisory experience is a plus).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain one before your start date.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with member relations and supporting sales.
• Availability to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

Schedule

Staffed hours: Monday–Thursday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Friday 11:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday–Sunday 11:00 AM–4:00 PM.
