Responsibilities
- Perform DOT and non-DOT drug testing collections
- Perform hair, nail, urine, and other non-blood specimen collections
- Assist with DNA testing and collections
- Perform fingerprinting services
- Assist with occupational health testing and services
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Check in clients and accurately enter information into computer systems
- Handle paperwork, documentation, and administrative duties
- Make outbound sales and marketing calls to local businesses
- Follow up with prospective and existing business clients
- Build and maintain business and referral relationships
- Assist with email, social media, and local marketing efforts
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work environment
- Work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Follow all required collection procedures, safety standards, and company protocols
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Comfortable working directly with customers and performing specimen collections
- Comfortable speaking with customers and businesses over the phone
- Comfortable making outbound sales and marketing calls
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and professional
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
