Senior / Staff Product Engineer

About this role

We are looking for a Product Engineer with 5+ years of experience to own features end-to-end at one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure startups in New York or SF. You'll join a small, elite team building a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents production issues — powered by AI agents. We need a customer-minded, full-stack builder who thrives in ambiguity, ships at an absurd pace, and has proven experience delivering impactful products at early-stage companies. This is a high-ownership role where you'll define what gets built based on direct customer feedback and your own product intuition.

What will you be doing?

Own and ship features end-to-end across the full stack — from backend data models to polished React interfaces — powered by AI agents

Work directly with customers to gather feedback and translate it into product improvements that create fervently passionate users

Identify problems independently, break ambiguous projects into milestones, and drive them to production without waiting for mandates

Collaborate with design to push frontend polish and define interaction patterns as the product surface area grows rapidly

Help shape product direction as Antimetal scales from $3M+ ARR with 2x month-over-month deal growth
