Job Summary:
At Anticimex Carolinas, our Customer Loyalty Representatives are the voice of our company and the first point of contact for our customers. In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience by helping customers schedule services, answering billing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling valued and appreciated.

What you bring to the table:
- A knack for outside-the-box thinking and a love of problem-solving & creativity.
- First in line to handle a customer's call. Answering billing questions, schedule services, address concerns.
- Assist technicians with customer accounts.
- Make outbound calls regarding billing and setting up appointments.
- Monitor emails and respond to customers via email in a timely fashion.
- Delivery of a great customer experience every time.
- Deescalate calls or direct them to the proper department for assistance.
- Communicate closely with the field team, managers, sales team, and other departments.
- Educate customers on service plans, minor pest knowledge, and general information on Anticimex Carolinas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Provide friendly, accurate, and solution-focused support to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and requests efficiently through phone and email communication.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership while following established procedures.
- Take initiative to investigate concerns, identify solutions, and ensure issues are resolved.
- Utilize customer service and communication platforms including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Front, PestPac, and other business systems.
Experience and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two or more years of administrative/office experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritize multiple tasks, and maximize performance while remaining customer focused.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of call center or contact center experience.
- Associate degree or higher.
- Experience working in a service-based industry.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Monday through Friday daytime work schedule.
