About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school team in Winchendon, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting while collaborating with educators and related service professionals.

Position Overview

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide speech and language services to students across the assigned grade levels. The specific caseload and grade-level assignment will be determined based on school needs and the candidate's experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students.
  • Conduct evaluations and participate in the development and implementation of IEPs.
  • Develop individualized speech and language goals based on student needs.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
  • Support students' communication skills across academic and social environments.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.

Caseload & Work Environment

  • Grade-level assignment and caseload are TBD.
  • Caseload will be determined based on school needs.
  • Office/workspace details are TBD.
  • Onsite position within the school.

Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts DESE licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Active Mass.gov SLP licensure.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • School-based experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
