Grade Levels/Caseload: Supporting 7th-12th grade students across two ASD classrooms
Salary Range: $57,500-$75,000 salary, based on experience and qualifications.
Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.

AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy in Redford, Michigan. This full-time role will support two ASD classrooms across two buildings. The ideal candidate has interest in working with children with ASD as well as experience with AAC. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support students across direct and consultative services. Responsibilities
  • Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
