Position Details
- Full-time, onsite position
- School year: August 17, 2026 – May 26, 2027
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- Serve PreK students
- Caseload of approximately 35-40 students
- Consistent weekday schedule with holidays and school breaks off
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide individualized therapy services
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's communication needs
- Support students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Foster communication skills that promote academic readiness and social success
Qualifications
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Current Illinois IDFPR Speech-Language Pathology License required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $60,000-$72,000 annually
- Full-time school-year schedule
- Early dismissal each day at 2:45 PM
