Hourly Rate: $48–$64/hour
About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is partnering with a supportive school in the Ford Heights area to hire a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. This flexible opportunity is ideal for an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a balanced schedule. You'll support a small caseload of students across two school buildings, providing therapy services, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with school staff to help students reach their communication goals.
What You'll Do

Provide speech-language therapy services to students in Pre-K through 8th grade

Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and write IEP goals

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements

Effectively manage a part-time caseload while maintaining strong communication and organization across two school sites
Caseload Details

Approximately 15–20 students

Standard school-based caseload with a blend of therapy, evaluations, and collaboration

Dedicated office space and access to a classroom for therapy sessions
Qualifications
-
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR)

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
