Salary: $58,000-$75,000 annually (based on experience)
Position Details
- Full-time, onsite position
- School year: August 10, 2026 – May 20, 2027
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Supporting students across two school buildings
- K-3 elementary students
- High school life skills program
- Collaborative therapy department with additional OT and COTA support
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatment, and consultation services
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
- Support students in developing the fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills needed for success in the school environment
Qualifications
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience is preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $58,000-$75,000

We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative school district for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position provides the opportunity to support students in both K-3 classrooms and a high school life skills program, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across a variety of age groups.
You'll be joining a well-supported therapy team that includes another Occupational Therapist and two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), creating a collaborative environment where clinicians work together to help students succeed.
