Grade Levels: Early On-12th grade

Caseload: Primarily Early On and elementary-aged students with a few middle and high schoolers. Students' abilities range, and will be supported through a mix of direct and consult services. You will support the Early On program by visiting families in their homes to conduct therapy in addition to supporting families who participate in walk-in services for the district.

Salary Range: $60,000-$78,000 annualized salary, based on experience and qualifications.

Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.

AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide full-time, onsite therapy in Clawson, Michigan. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support Early On-12th grade students.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-time occupational therapy services, Monday-Friday.
  • Conduct evaluations, help develop IFSPs/IEPs as appropriate, and implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor and sensory regulation needs.
  • Collaborate with families, classroom teachers, and other related service providers to support students’ skills across both classroom and individual settings including in the home.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

  • Certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of MI.
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
