We are partnered with a supportive, student-centered school district in Franklin, IN seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Overview:

  • Location: Franklin, IN
  • Grade Level: Intermediate (5th & 6th grade)
  • School Year: August 2026 – May 2027

This role supports students in an intermediate school setting, primarily working with students in specialized and inclusive classrooms. The caseload includes a variety of communication needs, including students with higher support needs, AAC users, and students requiring direct therapy and consultation services. The SLP will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with educators while following a workload-based service model focused on providing meaningful student support.

SLP Support & Community

  • Ongoing 1:1 caseload support with our SLP Clinical Support Director
  • Bi-weekly SLP team meetings for collaboration, networking, and problem-solving
  • Generous materials stipend + additional therapy resource database (600+ materials!)
  • 100% reimbursement for ASHA dues and state licensure fees
  • Free school-related CEUs (we’re an ASHA CE Approved Provider!)

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills and passion for supporting students in educational settings
  • Active or eligible IPLA/IDOE (PEL) Speech-Language Pathologist license

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000/year (based on experience)
