Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000 annually
About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is expanding our partnership with a collaborative high school community in the south suburbs of Chicago and is seeking two full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for the 2026–2027 school year. Each BCBA will serve as a building-level behavior leader, partnering closely with school teams to strengthen behavioral supports and student outcomes.
This consultative, coaching-focused role offers the opportunity to build behavioral systems, support educators, and create meaningful change for students. You'll collaborate closely with each school's social-emotional team while helping strengthen staff capacity through coaching, consultation, and data-driven decision-making. What You'll Do
- Serve as the building-level expert on behavior intervention and applied behavior analysis
- Coach and support teachers and staff on behavior strategies, data collection, and documentation
- Provide guidance, modeling, and feedback on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Support the implementation of student safety plans and re-entry plans
- Analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and monitor student progress
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings focused on tiered behavioral supports
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and related service providers to support students in the least restrictive environment
Position Details
- High school setting (Grades 9–12)
- Full-time, onsite position (up to 40 hours per week)
- Consultative/coaching model with a strong focus on collaboration

Qualifications
- Master's degree required
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and behavioral data analysis
- Experience coaching and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams preferred
