We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across a K–8 school district in St. Charles, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes and student success.


Position Details

  • Orientation: August 3, 2026

  • Start Date: August 11, 2026

  • End Date: May 21, 2027

  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Hours: 35 hours per week

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Work Setting: Onsite


Caseload & Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral support services across a K–8 district

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers

  • Provide coaching and consultation to school staff on evidence-based behavior strategies

  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and problem-solving teams

  • Specific caseload and school assignments will be determined based on district needs


Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification

  • Master’s Degree required

  • Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred but not required


Compensation

$70,000 – $90,000 annual salary (based on experience)
