Planification des commandes : Calculer les besoins en matières premières ou produits finis et passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs.
Suivi des livraisons : Suivre les délais d'expédition des fournisseurs, anticiper les retards et coordonner la résolution des litiges en cas de non-conformité ou d'anomalie à la réception
Suivi des niveaux de stock : Assurer un suivi rigoureux et en temps réel des stocks (entrepôts internes ou prestataires logistiques 3PL) afin d'éviter les ruptures de stock tout en minimisant les coûts de surstockage
Inventaires : Organiser et superviser les inventaires tournants et annuels pour garantir la fiabilité des données du système d'information (ERP).
Gestion des flux de stockage : Optimiser l'espace d'entreposage et veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et de conservation des produits
Planification des expéditions : Organiser et planifier les transports nationaux et internationaux en collaboration avec les transporteurs partenaires et les douanes
