About the Role


We are seeking an experienced PR professional to manage corporate communications, client relationships, PR projects, and strategic external engagement in Japan.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage Group PR projects and develop long-term client relationships.

  • Design PR service strategies and solutions based on client requirements.

  • Coordinate project execution, task allocation, timelines, and follow-up across different teams.

  • Lead external client communications and support new business discussions, negotiations, planning, and coordination.

  • Develop and maintain strategic networks across relevant business, media, legal, and industry communities.

  • Monitor public sentiment and identify potential reputational risks or communication issues.

  • Develop proactive communication strategies and support crisis prevention and response.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.

  • Professional experience in PR, corporate communications, media, consulting, or a related field.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business awareness, and ability to understand complex issues.

  • Strong resource development, coordination, and relationship management capabilities.

  • High EQ, resilience, professionalism, and strong self-management skills.

  • Experience working with international clients or markets such as South America, India, or Africa is highly desirable.

  • Professional experience in Japan and familiarity with the local business environment are preferred.

  • Experience in media, communications, or large corporate environments is a plus.
